We want all happy customers ! ! !
......therefore we specifically request that you be sure about placing your order. Please call us or e-mail us with any and all questions. We will only be responsible for replacing an image, if we shipped the wrong one. Images damaged in shippment will be replaced by the shipping carrier's insurance. Otherwise there are No REFUNDS.
Framed Pieces will be properly packed and shipped FEDEX Ground unless otherwise requested by customer. All pieces will be insured for their respective amounts. Our Basic material and handling charge for packing a framed piece will be $50.00 Actual shipping charges will then be added from zip code 87501. Prints will be shipped by USPS and insured.
